Shipping Information:
We try to give you the best shipping options possible. You will be allowed to view full shipping prices before submitting your order.

We use the US Postal Service and UPS as our primary carriers.
Please note that UPS requires a street address, and WILL NOT ship to a P.O. box.
Delivery time varies by your location and the shipping method chosen. In most cases we will ship out orders the next business day after we receive them.
Orders to Canada are shipped United States Postal Service.

Orders shipped within the State of Georgia are subject to Sales tax.

International Orders:
Outside of the U.S. and Canada, Digizap will make all attempts to provide an affordable shipping method to process your order. Unfortunately our website may not be able to process shipping charges to your address.
In the case we are unable to determine automatically your shipping charges, you may still place your order to reserve the product. Your credit card will be charged for the item cost only at checkout, shipping charges will not appear on your invoice. We will contact you directly with final shipping charges, or the option to cancel your order. Please ensure you have provided us with a valid email address to contact you at. If you choose to accept shipping charges, these will appear as a separate transaction on your credit card statement, or addional payment for the shipping charges will be requested for customers using Paypal. If you choose to cancel your order a credit/refund will be issued to your account for the cost of the items processed.

* International orders may be subject to additional Customs fees. Please check with your country's Customs policies before placing an order. Customers are fully responsible for all additional customs fees.

Refund/Return Policy:
Items purchased may be returned/exchanged within 15 days of the date of purchase. Because of the rarity of our products, items must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Apparel must be unwashed and retain original tags.
Returns need to be packaged well, and insured for the full price of the item. Digizap is not responsible for any shipping charges for returned items unless we have sent you a wrong item or the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner of the original payment. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. Shipping charges will apply to all exchanges.
Pre-opened toys (such as some mini-figures) and original artwork are NOT RETURNABLE.

Packages returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Digizap is not responsible for packages lost or misdirected due to incorrectly inputted, or incomplete addresses by the buyer during the checkout process. Please verify shipping address before checking out. Items can be re-shipped to the buyer with corrected shipping information at the request and expense of the buyer and will be issued in the same manner of the original payment.

Damaged Items:
If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us for replacement immediately at sales@digi-zap.com
or by phone at (678) 395-9766.

For packages damaged in the shipping process we must be informed within 7 days of delivery to be able to process a claim for the damages.

If the damaged item is no longer in stock a full refund will be given. Damaged goods must be returned within 15 days of delivery and must include all items and their original packaging.
